Face Masks

From start of business Thursday the 23rd of July you will be required to wear a face mask when attending Red Bridge Family Acupuncture.

This request is in line with the government directives that it will be mandatory for any person in the Melbourne Metropolitan area or Mitchall Shire to wear a face mask or covering commencing 11.59pm Wednesday the 22nd of July when leaving their house for one of the 4 permissible reasons.

We will have face masks in clinic should you arrive without one however we would appreciate you supply your own where possible. Refusal to use a face mask unfortunately means we will not be able to offer you treatment during this time.

Children under the age of 12 and people with medical exemption will not require a mask.

Physical distancing in Reception

To best support the health and safety of our patients at Red Bridge Family Acupuncture Healesville we are  requesting only one patient at a time in the reception area.

We are booking appointments in in a manner that will minimise the chance of any overlap in the communal areas of the clinic.

When you arrive for your appointment you will be taken directly through to your treatment room.

We ask that if you notice there is a patient being attended to in reception upon your arrival you wait for that the patient to leave the clinic prior to your entry.

You are welcome to wait either in our outdoor waiting area or in your vehicle.

By supporting us in this area we can ensure the clinic space is sanitised between patients and we are adhering to physical distancing advice. Ensuring the health and comfort of all patients in clinic.
