By doing this it allows us to know the space we are working in and providing for yourself and others is a safe healing environment.

UPDATE - COVID19 - Spring 2021

We are constantly adjusting our clinical operations to adhere to the latest government directives. By supporting us and adhering to the Melbourne Metropolitan COVID safe guidelines you can help us continue to help you.

Current Red Bridge Family Acupuncture COVID safe clinic guideline are outlined below.

As outlined in the Victorian Government Roadmap Allied Health is only available for urgent care up until 70% double vaccinated which expected to fall around October 26th 2021. To best manage this requirement Red Bridge will be open limited hours and by appointment only during this period.

 

It is once again mandatory for visitors to Red Bridge Family Acupuncture Healesville to wear face masks. It also remains a mandatory requirement that clinic practitioners and staff wear a mask.

Please ensure you check in via the QR code available on the front door or reception desk.  Read the COVID19 health assessment displayed in clinic. and alert us immediately if anything applies to you.  To ensure we keep our clinic, patients, family and community safe do not attend Red Bridge if you have any signs, symptoms or contacts that indicate potential COVID19 infection.

  • Fever

  • Cough

  • Sore Throat

  • Shortness of breath

OR

  • Have been in contact with a known or suspected COVID19 case

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE CLINIC

Physical distancing in Reception

To best support the health and safety of our patients at Red Bridge Family Acupuncture Healesville we are  requesting you observe the signage regarding physical distancing in the reception area.

 

We are booking appointments in in a manner that will minimise the chance of any overlap in the communal areas of the clinic.

When you arrive for your appointment you will be taken directly through to your treatment room.

We ask that if you notice there is more than two patients being attended to in reception upon your arrival you wait for space to become available prior to your entry.

 

You are welcome to wait either in our outdoor waiting area or in your vehicle.

By supporting us in this area we can ensure the clinic space is sanitised between patients and we are adhering to physical distancing advice. Ensuring the health and comfort of all patients in clinic.

Hygiene Policy

In order to ensure we are providing a hygienic and sterilized environment for each patient we have implemented the following changes:

The clinic surfaces are thoroughly cleaned between patients including:

  • treatment room

  • light switches

  • door handles

  • toilet

  • shared flat surfaces

We are using pillow liners and changing cover towels between each patient.

We also request our patients do the following to support these practices:

  • Please use hand sanitizer provided on entry and exit of clinic.

  • Please bring your own water bottle as we have put the water fountain away for now.
